I tried 3 of them Using Fail2Ban with Cloudflare | GridPane How to setup Cloudflare and fail2ban with automated "set_real_ip_from" in nginx - technicalramblings.com and the one you sent, but I just does not manage to send the banned IPs to cloudflare.
