I’ve created a PR to fix file manager ignoring the user’s language.

I’ve also created a PR to fix missing Arabic language in Hestia Web UI. It also caused the LC_MESSAGES errors in log.

To fix it manually:

cd /usr/local/hestia/web/locale/
mkdir ar
mv LC_MESSAGES ar

Thank you. I hope the developers include all these fixes in the updates. Because otherwise, all this work is completely pointless.
