Dear Hestia Support Team,
I am currently facing an issue with the Hestia Control Panel when trying to install an application using the Quick Install App feature on my server located at https://msft.akbor.org:8083.
Whenever I attempt to install an app, I receive the following error message:
Error: apache2 restart failed
However, when I manually restart Apache using the terminal, it works perfectly without any errors. Despite the manual restart success, the installation process via the control panel continues to fail. This leads me to believe there may be a configuration issue within the panel itself, specifically related to the way it handles Apache restarts during app installations.
Here are a few details about the server setup:
- Control Panel: Hestia Control Panel
- Web Server: Apache2
- Issue: App installation fails with “apache2 restart failed” error, though manual Apache restart works fine.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue or any insights into possible misconfigurations within the control panel.
