Dear Team,
Would like to ask if there is a possibility that we can retrieve the backups downwards from the date backed-up?
Please find the below screenshot.
Thank you.

Increase the number of backups in your package
thank you for your response, I would like to ask if we can able to retrieve the previous back-up dates(example month of july 28th) if we increase the number of backups in our package?
or is it for the next back-up only?
You need to increase the number of backups.
In your case only after the last backup has been made all older backups are removed
Noted. Thank you
It can help, if one could choose how many backup may be made for a specific user. This is a feature request though.
You can create a specific package for your user and set the number of allowed backups for that user.
Thanks for very basic advice. FYI, I am much senior for that advice.
The suggestion was to have a webinterface for others.
And to tell you, I do not use any aspect of web interface of HestiaCP. I am a CLI person. So this was a suggestion for others and not for me.
You are welcome Mr. Senior
You can create a new package via CLI if you want it will not a the easiest method but it will work …
I am sorry to make a feature request in the interest of the community.
A discussion to help me is useless and is annoying me because I get emails while I am executing complex operations.
To others, everyone, please refrain to help me on this topic.
I do not need any help.
Well, I do not need any help. Thanks.
I do not want to create any packages on CLI.
I had only suggested that it can help other young people, who do not know CLI or do not use. They are using web interface and one can have a dropdown to choose number of backups.
A global $BackupsNr can be used and inserted in user.conf for generating that dropdown of web interface.
The global $BackupsNr can be read while doing the backups or rotations.
Thereafter the $BackupsNr is no longer dependent on packages.
