I read some replys and they saying smth about the dynamic ip causes the black list
I didn’t do any changes with ip
also i tried to check my domain with black list
its CLEAN
You can’t do much with a bad IP Address… I use Contabo and most of the IP Addresses are good.
Sending email from a dynamic ip adress is a drama use a smtp relay instead…
bro
this is my ip address results.
they say im using dynamic ip
i didn’t use it!
Change the hostname of your server to something like host.advo-ak.ae
instead of static.16.142.47.78.clients.your-server.de
and also change the reverse dns record (PTR) for the ip 78.47.142.16
to the same hostname of your server.
You can change the hostname with the command:
v-change-sys-hostname HereTheNewHostname
The PTR can be changed from Hetzner’s control panel.
Yes.
Keep in mind that cloud.advo.ak.ae
is resolved by Cloudflare and you are using their proxy.
Also, I don’t know if you already changed the server’s hostname but if you did, restart exim4 because it is still advertising the old hostname:
❯ telnet 78.47.142.16 25
Trying 78.47.142.16...
Connected to 78.47.142.16.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 static.16.142.47.78.clients.your-server.de
and now bro ?
Now looks fine.
❯ telnet 78.47.142.16 25
Trying 78.47.142.16...
Connected to 78.47.142.16.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 cloud.advo-ak.ae
❯ dig -x 78.47.142.16 +noall +ans
16.142.47.78.in-addr.arpa. 76222 IN PTR cloud.advo-ak.ae.
1.3 RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL RBL: Relay in RNBL
I checked it and your ip is not in that block list so I don’t know why it is scoring your ip.
2.0 PYZOR_CHECK Listed in Pyzor (Welcome to Pyzor’s documentation! — Pyzor 1.1 documentation)
Try to send a real mail message with some real text.
1.3 RDNS_NONE Delivered to internal network by a host with no rDNS
That’s because you are sending it using the webmail and the first received header is from your localhost 127.0.0.1
You can hide it editing exim conf and adding this directive on remote_smtp
transport:
headers_remove = Received : X-Originating-IP
Try it, modify /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template
and add above directive at the end of remote_smtp
transport, restart exim4 and try again.
thanks alot for help
have a nice day.
