Bin9 stop working loading file permission denied

my domain suddenly stopped working, after investigate i found error in the log file :
anybody can help ? i’m not a expert !
the server is running for 1 year now and i only make debian 11 & hestiacp update on it

What are the permissions for this file?

Does v-rebuild-dns-domains user solve the issue

Found it !
no change in the permissions but i forgot to tell i have add a new hard drive and move /home to a new location so apparmor don’t follow the symlink and don’t allow acces to this new location.

to resolve it add a alias in /etc/apparmor.d/tunables/alias file :

alias /home/ -> /new/location/of/home/,

and restart apparmor and bind9 services
