Hello. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Unknown error always happens to me whenever I want to take a backup copy of files from the file manager. How can I get around this issue that I am suffering from?

You should see the error in this log: /var/log/hestia/nginx-error.log

Try freeing up some space, running the backup as administrator (or with elevated permissions), and saving the copy to a different location or external drive. If the error persists, clear cache/temp files in the file manager or update it to the latest version, as outdated versions sometimes trigger this kind of generic error.
