Can I change the default settings of Roundcube?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to change the default settings of the HestiaCP email client (Roundcube), I would like to change the language and theme to clear so that it applies by default to all accounts, is this possible?

You can up /etc/roundcube/config.inc.php
