I am using aws free to host my site
My configuration is
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2.5ghz
1gb ram
And I saw some blog about swap file on low ram server, I am install hestiacp without create swap file, can I create swap file after install hestiacp

Yes you can. Just follow the instructions when you google “How to create a Swap file”
