Check the /backup folder
Use scp or move it from /backup folder to /home/admin/web/{hostname}/public_html and download it from there you might need to change the ower ship to “admin”
And then scp / upload it again to your new server

I am getting this error in SSH, is any way to fix that?
This service allows sftp connections only.
Connect with user admin using Filezilla or WinSCP but use protocol sftp
