Can not open phpMyAdmin in Hestia CP 1.1.0

I make fresh install Hestia 1.1.0 (amd64), Debian 9.12, using this instructions:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/release/install/hst-install.sh
bash hst-install.sh

I create test user, test db, then try to use button phpMyAdmin.
In browser I see message: Firefox cannot establish a connection to the server xx.xx.xx.xx (my server ip).
phpMyAdmin do not working.

Use v-add-letsencrypt-host to generate a valid let’s encrypt certificate for the hestia panel and services like exim and vsftpd. Then use only hostname to connect to the panel, then also pma should work properly.
