Cannot access HestiaCP. Just load or a while and then the brower shows "This site can’t be reached"

Hi,

I’m not the network guy, so please excuse my server knowledge.

I’ve setup the HestiaCP successfully about month ago. Website, Database, Email, Webmail were all working. Today, I cannot access both Control Panel and website anymore. The web page just loading or a while and the brower shows “This site can’t be reached. xxx took too long to respond.”

I can ping the server IP and the website domain. I can access the server console. I’ve checked the disk space via df -h, df -i, nothing is wrong here. Check the services and got the result below

Looks OK to me. So, please guide me what should I do next to solve the problem

I’m using the droplet from digitalocean.com
1 GB Memory / 25 GB Disk / SFO3 - Debian 12 x64

Found the problem. For some reasons, the firewall block my home IP.
