Cannot access my hestia control panel

I enter in the browser my_ip:8083 and also my_web.com:8083 and get “The connection has timed out”.
However, the my_web.com works fine.
I tried systemctl restart hestia. Does not help.
How to solve?

Nothing in the error log (/usr/local/hestia/log/error.log) from today

Is this a new installation? If yes, check whether port 8083 is opened.

This is not new. I installed it about a week ago on a new installation of Ubuntu 20.04. It works fine and yesterday it stopped.
Below are the results.

I reboot the server and it is OK now. Don’t ask me why. I’m speechless
