Cannot connect to ftp using additional ftp account

Hi,

I am no longer able to ftp using the additional ftp accounts created. I am able to successfully login using the main user for the domain.
I am on Hestia V1.4.5 running on Ubuntu 18.04 (x86_64). I am running on custom port number for ssh.
The error message I get is:

Status:	Using username username.

Error:	FATAL ERROR: Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection
Error:	Could not connect to server
Status:	Waiting to retry…

Status:	Using username username.
Command:	Pass: ***********
Error:	FATAL ERROR: Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection
Error:	Could not connect to server

Any help would be appreciated.

By default there is no sftp access for aditional accounts

That explains it.
Thank you for your quick reply. Somehow I assumed that I would be able to use sftp for any account. Is there a way to enable sftp for the additional accounts?
