Cannot load the ioncube PHP loader - it was already loaded PHP 8.2.13

i m using hestia with 8.2 PHP… and today i get difficult to install ioncube loader. below my problem

cannot load the ioncube PHP loader - it was already loaded
PHP 8.2.13 (cli) (built : 24 nov 2023

still failed , i cant install my new themes on my wordpress, because IONCUBE LOADER problem

Show the output of this command:

grep -Ri ioncube /etc/php/8.2/

Remove the [PHP] and zend_extension = xxxx line

It is allready loading in:
