The answer to your question is spelled out quite explicitly in the error message that Google provided to you in the screenshot you have shared. At a minimum you must set up SPF or DKIM to send email to Gmail addresses. You can read more about the requirements here.

You need to configure you DNS at Cloudflare, which includes both SPF and DKIM records. You may also want to configure DMARC management at Cloudflare.
