Can't attach kibana on localhost:5601

Hi,
I tried to modify my.stpl like this:

My back-end on localhost:1025 is working well.
But I don’t know how to connect to kibana on localhost:5601?

I did : proxy_pass http://localhost:5601;
When I access ‘mydomain/app’, I experience the following:

This page isn’t working

mydomain redirected you too many times.
