Can't restore backup

Hi, i can’t restore my user backup from old server to a new.

I get this error:

2024-01-07 15:27:03 domain.rs
Error: /backup/tmp.HwtXBfbZcc/mail/domain.rs/accounts.tar.zst was not extracted
Error: Can’t unpack domain.rs mail account container

Any solution how to restore without this error?

Make sure the /backup folder has 777 permissions

It was 755, but It’s still the same error:

Error: Can’t unpack domain.rs mail account container

The packages are not the same on both servers.

Any other solution? Or what I can check?

For anyone else with same problem with restoration of a backup: in my server mail folder and files for that user were successfully restored, but Hestia showed mail domain (0) and no account at all (0), eventhough they were listed and editable. Login (via IMAP or webmail) was also disabled.

I thing I faced this long before with some backups. Executing “v-rebuild-mail-domain” fixed both the mail domain and account.
