When I make changes to my website from the backend, it takes time for me to see the changes, or I have to use a private browser to see them. Please, is there any setting in HestiaCP that I need to adjust? Secondly, do I need to enable mail support when configuring SMTP on the domain to send transactional SMTP messages? You might be using a wrb caching template, so the pages are being caches, then takes a while to update the cache. Edit the domain and check which template is in use
I didn’t understand the question about the email but if you want to use SMTP you have to have working SMTP service to use so it depends on what you exactly want to accomplish
