A control panel should actually take care of this All:

Change domain name
-
Get new SSL cert.

Restart services, as nginx, apache, php-fpm (reboot I think can only be done as admin)

Restart services, as nginx, apache, php-fpm (reboot I think can only be done as admin)
I have done so now (disabled, enabled SSL).
It seems it worked, but now I have an internal Server Error (500).
checked error log, and it says:
client denied by server configuration: /home/username/web/mydomain.com/public_html/server-status
&
No protocol handler was valid for the URL /index.php
That just happened from changing the domain name.
any idea what I can do?
