How do i reinstall the whole hestiaCP?

Reinstall OS and do a new install

Even with oracle cloud? but how do i backup my files and then import it later?

Create backups with Hestia and copy to an other server or download them locally

And to import it?

Upload them to the backup folder and run:

v-restore-user user backupfile.tar

And how do i change the port of Hestia tho?

v-change-sys-port 2083
