(Closed) Temporarily rejected RCPT <[email protected]>: lowest numbered MX record points to local host

Hi there,
I’m two days ago I set up a email on the server domain.
This worked in and out after fixing some small problems.

Yesterday I switched to Cloudflare and got a notification that my HestiaCP was updated this morning.

Now I get this when receiving a email.

2022-05-19 14:39:07 H=mail-eopbgr150051.outbound.protection.outlook.com (EUR01-DB5-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com) [40.107.15.51] X=TLS1.2:ECDHE_SECP384R1__RSA_SHA256__AES_256_GCM:256 CV=no SNI="mail.domain.tld" F=<[email protected]> temporarily rejected RCPT <[email protected]>: lowest numbered MX record points to local host
2022-05-19 14:39:07 TLS error on connection from mail-eopbgr150051.outbound.protection.outlook.com (EUR01-DB5-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com) [40.107.15.51] (send): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

(Servername is the same as domain)
The email is [email protected]
Host is servername.tld
Root has web01.servername.tld
This will be the only domain with email and have not tested other domains yet.

Hope someone can help me to fix this error.

Thanks.
RIchard

Check the MX records in cloudflare if there are multiple entries…

Just one MX to mail.<domain.tld>
Mail. has both A and AAAA record to IP of server.

Got a bit more information and like to some help to add the domain as local domain.

When I type this command: exim -bt name@<domain.ltd> it gives me

router = send_via_smtp_relay, transport = smtp_relay_smtp
  host <externalserver.domein.ltd> [xxx.xx.xxx.x] port=587

Can someone let me know how I add a domain as local domain so it will be delivered correctly.

[Closing topic] Decided to use external mail.
