Connect to BD maria db from outside localhost

I finish installing hestiacp on a debian 11 and I cannot connect to the databases from outside loalhost, I have edited the file /etc/mysql/mariadb.conf.d/50-server.cnf and I have changed the line bind_address to 127.0.0.1 for bind_address to 0.0.0.0 , then I have restarted the service, but I still cannot connect from outside the localhost.

Any ideas?
