Hi, I’m having a problem downloading Hestia’s mail to Gmail via POP3, pen the error reads as follows… “Connection timed out: There may be a problem with the settings you added. Ple…” I need to know how to fix it or where to look for the problem. Greetings!

Hi @mistertek

Does the connection works from another client like outlook? Timeout usualy is a firewall or connection issue, without further testing and/or logs from your side, we can’t help out :slight_smile:.

The problem is that although I have Cloudfire configured as CDN, I will have to investigate how to configure everything to work.

I already fixed it, I just had to change in Cloudflare the mail A record from Proxied to DNS only.
