Constantly being logged out

Hi:

I keep being logged out of HestiaCP, despite the inactive session timeout being set to a half-million minutes. I think it started when 1.9 was installed (sorry, I haven’t had time to follow this up before. Life has been hitting me hard of late).

It occurs whenever I close the browser, but also sometimes when I return to the CP from the file manager (despite having just logged in). Other times when I just haven’t touched the browser tab for a day or two.

My IP has remained constant throughout.

Is this normal now?

Is you ip constantly changing that might be the issue..

It is also my experience, and we pay for a static IP. I didn’t think much of it though.

Thanks for your reply. My server’s IP is static. My home is not, but it rarely changes. It’s usually ‘static’ for months. I’ve changed the DISABLE_IP_CHECK to yes in the config and will monitor whether the problem persists.

Update: My IP hasn’t changed, and I haven’t been logged out since this post - which I would have prior to making the change. I have no idea what is causing it or whether the fix has fixed it. Will continue to monitor.
