Cpu spikes to 200%

I need some help, set this hestia server up from scratch with a single woocommerce site with a fair amount of traffic, but suddenly after a few weeks getting hammered with cpu spikes to 200% (about a minute after php8.3 restart).

i have tried everything i could think of but just don’t get it under control, sometimes for half a day but than it’s back. i need someone to look over my shoulder, its driving me crazy, this is my 4th hestia server and had it before too but forgot how i fixed it.

First @aardappeltje, you must share the specifications of the server with us, or be imposible to know the stating point

A very simple VPS, few vCPU, low RAM, bad hosting company, can easily achieve 200%. Also, think about which plugins you are using with WordPress/WooCommerce, as these can sometimes cause problems.
