Creating a Hestia template for Pertube

Mmm, I think that the only one who knows how to create the right template is Eris, but I will somehow gather my thoughts and see how to make a Peertube template. As I see there, there are difficulties with users, Peertube is created with its users, and pulls Postgres, the user has its own user. In general, it’s not fast)

Peertube requires a lot of memory! It is recommended that you add it in a non-virtual server using Hestia, a production environment, of course! This is provided that the test is successfully run under Hestia

I have installed Peertube last week on a server of mine for testing. But did not trie to install next to Hestia.

So I have no idea …

Peertube is excellent software, I have been using it for a long time, I wanted to install it on the same server with Hestia for ease of use. I tried PEERTUBE DOCKER, but it is not so convenient, limited by Nginx, the conflict of ports. Ideally, of course, create a Hestia template for Pertube and make them)

I would not say, for a small one about 700 videos, I use 2 processor 4GB and 65 GB disk, there are enough new videos and broadcasts to encode, video watching users. When I transferred from YouTube, I took 8 GB of RAM and 8 nuclei processor for a while to transcode all new videos. Then he returned to smaller limits again.

Stumbled upon something. Not sure if it will help or not, but seems very effective:
