Database name length

Hello everyone, one question,

when creating a database, via api, will the maximum size always be 16 characters? And should you always include “username_”? I use mariadb and hestiacp 1.8.11

This includes the username btw …

But is the max lengt both MariaB / Mysql and Postgresql accept…
