Не меняется язык в Debian 12

Hi everyone, today I wanted to change the language from Russian to English, and I encountered exactly the same result as before on ubuntu 24.04(now fixed on github). I don’t see anything in the logs, only one activity in system. log when I changed it back, but there is no record of the change to English

Installed Debian 12 + Hestia 1.9.2, installed immediately with Russian, and everything is fine, but I couldn’t change it. And the page is not saved as it was in ubuntu

Now I install a test server with Debian 12 on Russian language, but I couldn’t change it to English. This was already the case in Ubuntu 24. Apparently it should be fixed in the same way as ubuntu 24

In 1.9.3, the error remains, the language does not change

Why change it back? Incomplete Russian translation?
