Delay of approx 30 minutes in email receipts

I am not exactly sure, but since upgrading to 1.10, my emails arrive with at least 30 minutes delay.

I did a rebuild of email, then tried DNS, and then tried full rebuild, but it remains. I did a nginx and exim restart and system reboot as well, but the delay remains at 30 minutes minimum. Internally linked emails get delivered within 1 minutes at time.

My current NS resolver is recursive.

Just for the record, we tested it and there is no delay. If it happens again, we’ll check it again.
