Disable Multi-PHP

Hi -

It seems like Multi-PHP is causing a crash in our system. So, is it possible to disable the function for a domain or user?. If not, how do you disable/enable it for the whole system?

v-delete-web-php x.x

Where the x.x is the versions you want to remove
