I’ve used some GB of disk space but I still get only few MB in the admin panel.
Am I missing anything? Thanks

I don’t know what are the files you deleted and the dir where those files were located but keep in mind that disk statistics are updated only once a day.
Execute this command as root to see if the stats change:
v-update-sys-queue disk
