Dns caching hetzner

Hi, currently being blocked from using rbls for spamassassin, research shows this due to dns overload, most likely as i am using Hetzner name servers.

I am always a bit wary messing with dns settings, but believe dns caching is the way forward, anyone know of any upto date guides (can’t find any) on enabling dns caching with bind and hetzner.

I have hetzner servers and I don’t have those problems.
Still I think the query should be done in the Hetzner forums.
