Drupal CMS Installation Stuck on HestiaCP 1.9 Beta1 – Clean URLs Warning & Installation Error

I installed HestiaCP 1.9 Beta1 on an Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Droplet in DigitalOcean yesterday. After that, I installed Drupal CMS using Composer (composer create-project drupal/cms).

When I opened the installation URL in a browser to continue the Drupal installation process, I encountered a warning related to Clean URLs. I decided to bypass the warning and proceed with the installation.

However, during the installation process, Drupal displayed an error message and was unable to continue.
