You should contact Amazon to know the reason. The issue doesn’t seem related to Hestia but a misconfiguration on your Amazon SES side or an email address ([email protected]) not formatted correctly (bad characters or similar). Also check that you configured the SMTP Relay on Hestia using the right credentials.
