Error create ssl Let's Encrypt in mail

I’ve configured a new domain in Hestiacp and the website has successfully created the SSL certificate, but the email is giving the following error: Error: Let’s Encrypt validation status 400 (mail.--------.com). Details: 403: “The key authorization file from the server did not match this challenge.” What can I do?

I hadn’t realized the admin user had created that subdomain… I deleted it and now everything is working fine! Sorry and thanks!
