Could you please run this command in your Hestia server and show the output?
curl -I "https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory"
Then that is your problem. Maybe it is a DNS or network problem.
dig acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org +short
traceroute acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
Thank you very much for the support. I performed the traceroute and verified that it was stopping at my gateway. I changed the gateway and it solved the problem, thank you very much.
