I have following error when I try to activate it.

Your base domain doesn’t have an ip assigned.

ns101.ovh.net.
dns101.ovh.net.
❯ dig @ns101.ovh.net duduweb.ovh +short
❯ dig @dns101.ovh.net duduweb.ovh +short

I have to assign my IP address on the OVH site?

You must assign the IP in the DNS Control Panel of OVH, just as you did for dl.duduweb.ovh.
