When trying to activate SSL through hestiacp, the error appears with the detail: Unable to update challenge :: authorization must be pending

No such challenge might because the log file is to old

My hostname is: 79049c0e-4a25-47fc-b7bf-1fc13614ccb5.clouding.host
I used “v-change-sys-hostname corporativagrafimar.com”, but it didnt work.
I don’t use cloudflare.
I have .logs of 2021-07-11. The type error is:

Yesterday I tried to create a new certificate using the commands of certbot. And the certificate was created. But this didn’t change the webpage. So I copied the fullchain and key, then paste it on hestiacp ssl. Resulting the error of authentication of “SSL Certificate Authority”
What could it be?

The first is the leaf certificate(This appeared many hours later, but the log indicates the same timestamp) and the second is the precertificate.
