Error: tz file 453 doesn't exist

Hello.

Fresh install. When changing options in the server configuration (e.g. theme), the error “Error: tz file 453 doesn’t exist” appears.

I have changed the hostname and when going to edit the server
I got the same error

Before I got another error Error: WEB_DOMAINS limit is reached :: upgrade user package
I have deleted the web created on the initial server

And you have suggested the other error
