While trying to install Hestia, mirror.mephi.ru didn’t answer.

Now I can’t install again. Installer says:
Error: Hestia install detected. Unable to continue
I know that Hestia hasn’t got uninstaller. So because of mirror.mephi.ru didn’t answer, all the installation proccess crashed with no way to try again.
Is there a way to reinstall Hestia without reinstalling Debian?
