outgoing email stopped, Exim4, mainlog shows the following error:
R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (99): Cannot assign requested address
Able to ping and telnet to the said domiain, but exim for some reason has this issue. Please help
For one the domains, the ip address in the file /etc/exim4/domains//ip was incorrect. Updating the right ip helped in fixing the issue
