Failed my backup

hello!
My backup has suddenly stopped working, it starts but stays at —User dir—

and there it stops and does not create the backup. In hestia it shows me how the backup is finished but it is not real nor has it created the backup file in /backup

there is enough space for the backup, I have also tried with the admin user that takes up very little and does not work either

What can I look at?

I have copied the lines, I have restarted the entire server just in case and it does the same thing, it stays at – User Dir –

do with the user that you do it as well as if you do the complete backup task
