File Explorer inaccessible shortly after update V1.9.2

Hello,
I upgraded to version 1.9.2 automatically a few days ago without any apparent problem.
Today, I can no longer open the file explorer, whether in the main account or in a client account.
“Unknown error” appears on a rounded red background …

No problem, however, to access the tree structure through FileZilla, fortunately…

If you have any leads ?

sorry but the problem is not there on my side: I already have “PubkeyAuthentication yes” in the sshd_config file

I cannot seem to find the command, but it may seem you may have permission issues.
Maybe Eric or Sahsanu can help.
