Before I submit an issue on the matter; is there a reason why the web folder is not used as the root or starting folder for the web file manager? As far as I can tell, the user can’t create any new files in the home root, and it looks kinda busy with all those dotfiles, in which they are unlikely to be interested, given that they are using the web interface. It seems needlessly difficult to find your actual content. If dotfiles were hidden, that would certainly improve things, but you will want to see those in deeper directories, so using web as the root seems better.
