File manager unknow error

Hi.

hestacp 1.8.11
ubuntu 22.04

After some time all users cant using file manager - for all getting unknow error.
if using winscp client - all good.

from error nginx logs i’m see -

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught League\Flysystem\Sftp\ConnectionErrorException: Could not login with username: torohova

i’m recreate this user, change perms - all didnt helps…

where problems ?

try to login with this user and a common sftp client like filezilla, it looks like this will not work aswell. Then check the related ssh/system logs for more details.

I’m say again - winscp working good with this user (sftp connection)
Ssh console not working - because nologin using. If change to bash - console working.
But fm not working at all. Don’t know what this…
Logs always same - php fastcgi can’t login to this user…

Fix to problems:

  1. openssh - SSH server gives "userauth_pubkey: key type ssh-rsa not in PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms [preauth]" when connecting with Putty - Unix & Linux Stack Exchange
  2. My server using NAT and DHCP server… And php connecting to sftp with static IP but not from 127.0.0.1 - i’m dont know how fix this i’m edit IP in ssh key to static IP from internet…
    How fix this? why php connecting to local sftp with internet static IP?
