Hi, @eris I have some problems using the file manager.
When I open a particular folder inside my domain it shows an unknown error in the meantime I can access some of the folders too. What was the issue? How do we fix this issue?
I have searched in the community forum and can’t find the solution. Please help me to fix this issue asap.
I have tried the below solution that you have given to another user for the same issue but no luck I am still getting the error. Why?

Change this in /etc/ssh/sshd_config file:
#Subsystem sftp-server
To this:
Subsystem sftp internal-sftp
Restart ssh service
systemctl restart ssh.service
And try again.
