FTP BackUP setting WindowsServer

Good afternoon!
I can’t set up a backup on an FTP server running IIS WindowsServer, I created a user, checked all the settings, connects through Filezilla without errors, but through hestia it gives the following notification, I don’t know how to overcome it…

  • Hestia Control Panel v1.9.3
  • Operating System
    Ubuntu 24.04 (x86_64)
Connected to 192.168.0.16.
220 Microsoft FTP Service
331 Password required
530 User cannot log in.
200 Type set to I.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
221 Goodbye.
Can't create ftp backup folder ftp://192.168.0.16/hestia-web

are you using the correct password? You can log with filezila but is different to send remote backup. Does the user has the correct permissions to read/write on this directory? Sometimes from IIS you need to set this folder as the main folder for this user. If you havent experience with IIS i will suggest you, stop the IIS and download XAMPP will be more easy to set it up.

no, it was all about the password, as always hestia, she doesn’t like special characters "/,", problem solved…
