FTP - Error listing directory '/'

After clean install Hestia and FTP connecting has been error in WinSCP:

Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

How i can fix?

Problem is solved. I must in WinSCP setting connection swith parameter PASSIVE MODE to ON.
