Currently, this is not possible with hestia, there is no such feature. Maybe you can configure it manualy, but I’ve never done that.
I have tried in many ways, but I am unable. Some clue?
which ftp-server are you using? I think at least proftpd allow for per directory config with a .ftpaccess file, where you can specify certain LIMITs … afraid you’ll need to study it’s documentation though
